THE NECESSARY NOURISHMENT OF MANS CREATIVE NATURE

In every case, at all times and circumstances, The result of this process depends, in the final analysis, upon the individuals themselves. Proficiency in their own work is always the essential. If they fail to apprehend or make no progress through our other Arms such as Art Brut, Black Butterfly or Lotus Flower, that bars them from being a member of the Alliance's GOLDEN EGG if your will, Live Love LA. This being said it is essential to inquire at every step if the candidate be worthy, qualified and duly prepared.

The application of a system of degrees of proficiency similar to what was once the RULE in the Freemason fraternal organization would ensure the personal development of the individual at every mark on their journey. Live Love L.A would indeed be the crowning jewel of their commitment to themselves and their consciousness.

Each phase of ones personal progress has a corresponding level of consciousness which we have discovered through our own development as conscious co creators of knowing cause.

We believe that levels of individual consciousness are the only true levels that exist within the human organism. Any and ALL other perceived LEVELS are those of illusion created to keep man separated and foster feelings of inferiority or superiority.

The time has come to avail all men and woman who demonstrate a sincere and earnest willingness the opportunity to empower themselves to the fullest degree of their own capacity. Superstition, Ignorance selfishness and greed are all bi products of COMMON MEN. It matters not if this common man sits at the helm of a financial institution or pushes a shopping cart, their consciousness are at identical levels of development without the essential qualities of organized effort and mutual aid coursing through their being.

CONSCIOUS TONE SCALE AND CORRESPONDING DEGREES

We have developed a simple scale of conscious and unconscious cause and effect as they relate to the whole being. Each scale has a vibration tone from negative 6 to positive 6 with zero being the base average of all consciousness within the human organism. Most of us have a wide fluctuation within this scale through out the course of a day but it is our at rest state which is the true determinate factor of individual consciousness. This "AT REST" state can be determined through applied kinesiology as outlined in the book POWER VS FORCE by Hawkins. This tone scale is a tool to be used as one works their way through the 12 steps of Self Defeating Beliefs Anonymous illustrated in an earlier section.

EXPRESSION OF ONES VIEWPOINT

Expression of ones viewpoint on a local level is an essential component in their development as a self sustaining member of any group or partnership. If one does not feel they have a contributing viewpoint they will reduce themselves to far less constructive outbursts which are always destructive and laden with judgement. If a person has not taken the time to understand either the issues or viewpoint of another then they have not reserved themselves the privilege to offer their viewpoint. This is a two way street. As in every aspect of our suggested plan of action, all rights are privileges which must be treated as such. The individual determines their own level of involvement through their observable actions. These actions are usually service to those whom they wish to lead. One cannot lead on the merits of their words and promises.

The sum total of all their actions and words are the sole determinant in their ability to lead.

Their personal life is just that, A life they are afforded every opportunity to have remain personal. If one is caught in a personal scandal they are not to be condemned or judged. They are to be treated as another one of us who still suffers from their own self defeating beliefs and unresolved trauma. If their service as a leader has an effective and accountable track record then they will be judged on those merits provided they are willing to take appropriate action to correct the matter.

The issue that stands as an impediment to collective progress is in the lack of any real incentive for those who COULD help to do so. The other fundamental stumbling block lies in the lack of real qualification requirements for those who do “HELP”.

Those with the strongest hand is almost never that which is most effective.

Aggressive ignorance dominates any republic that does not require a rigorous qualification process for the attainment of any post which requires them to serve the interests of all rather than govern the policy of a few. This is indeed the SOLE and ESSENTIAL determinant in any counsel's ability to serve the interests of their members.

We are happy to give anyone a voice and afford them a opportunity to serve through leadership provided their consciousness is fit to assume this responsibility. They can feel free to serve their own interests and those of the people they serve provided they have demonstrated the competency to do so. This competency is not determined by the silver tongue nor silver spoon but in the demonstration and application of their own character in the laboratory of human experience.

Most people with the wisdom lack the courage and those with the courage tend to dominate those more qualified with their ignorance.

The Creative Collective Alliance lavishes its members with more personal liberty than any other organized group of people before them. The reason for this is simple. We understand the cause of our confliction both within our own being and in our relationship the people, places and institutions of which we are a part of. We understand that every word said and action taken on the part of its members coagulate into a shared feeling and group conscience.

We are only as strong as our weakest link.

Secondly, and of equal importance, is the fact that we understand that everyone is at fundamentally different levels of development and consciousness. What may be a hindrance to one member has long since been transcended by another. Although some members viewpoint may still be narrow and clouded with fear and defeating beliefs another may be very broad and all inclusive. The fundamental bond shared between all members is the wound we all have in common.

We cannot heal this wound through greed, lust, envy, wrath, gluttony and so on and so forth. Those SINS as so eloquently laid out in biblical terms are also the EFFECT and bi products of the true cause. A cause we are all focused on relieving our consciousness of through the application of spiritual principles, creative action and mutual aid and service.

We are also striving to be ever more conscious of out TRUE motivations behind all we do which ensures ever developing degrees of healthy expression in all that we say and do.

EMPOWERMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL

The empowerment of the individual is essential to their progressive evolution just as simply enabling that very same individual is a guaranteed DE-evolution into SELF enslavement. Warehousing a person or giving them public assistance as a way of placating their own unconscious resistance to self sufficiency inadvertently creates a slave state.

As history has demonstrated, no civilization has ever been able to support a slave state just as no individual has been able to endure an enslaved state of mind.

Conditions such as this within the consciousness of any Individual reflect fundamental confliction. In order for any person to actualize the qualities of intuitive and enthusiasm essential to fostering a spirit of organized effort and mutual aid they must possess the tools to aid in their development. In this state any inclination to be productive falls off and apathy escalates to the point of total dependence. Thus ensues the victim type mentality in which the individual BELIEVES that they are totally unable to sustain themselves and proceed to BLAME their environment for this perceived inability. They lose motivation to support the system of which they would otherwise be an vital contributing member. If they think they have no voice and no potential to affect cause they will become a liability to themselves and to the system of which they are a part of. The most unfortunate of co dependant enablers is the system of government that would allow such a condition to happen to their own people.

The only reason that such a system would allow and even encourage such a dynamic to occur is because that system no long served their members. leaders are supposed to serve. These leaders, themselves have been robbed of their own ability to serve and be independent of body mind and spirit. These “leaders” exhibit the same apathetic dependence as those other members stated above. Their consciousness serves their own perceived inability just like those on welfare. Both examples are opposite ends of a spectrum that not ONE of us is immune from. If the people have been determined to be ineffective they are a direct reflection of the system which must also be ineffective in serving their interests.

The Creative Collective Alliance sets forth to create an environment that offers the individual every opportunity to empower themselves to the degree of which they are able. We understand that every individual believes that they have limitations in regards to their own capacity to become empowered.

It must be VERY CLEARLY understood that most of ones accepted limitations are those which they themselves set up within the confines of their own mind.

Each arm of our alliance sets up a different set of environmental conditions specific to the individual it serves. Art Burt has its own specific and limited range of goals as does Live Love L.A. Art Brut represents a start of ones own development as Live live L.A represents a culmination of all the preceding arms and their corresponding principles of personal development.

One arm is neither worse nor better. They are all designed and interconnected in logical progression which serves the development of the individual. One could equate it to degrees of Freemasonry but more practical and creatively motivated in nature. All aspects of our alliance's activities and experiences are almost endless in their diversity as the people they serve.

We have come to understand that our true NEEDS are but a few, but if adequately met have the capacity to arrest our compulsion to engage in other pursuits which aim to serve only as distractions and substitutions to those qualities which are essential to our own development.

OWNERSHIP

All individuals who enter into our alliance will be afforded the opportunity for ownership as part of their basic membership privileges. Without this fundamental aspect included in our guiding principles of operation they will not hold themselves accountable nor serve the absolute best interests of the collective.

Renting or occupying a space owned by another breeds a certain mindset which may be defined by indifference which would also show up in their ability to take ownership of their own thoughts and actions. To be a part of they must feel that it is in their absolute best interest to do so.

Freeing the slaves for the purpose of higher profits is one thing but empowering them to take an active role in the prosperity of their collectively owned structure is quite another. People who own are accountable. People who own take a degree of pride in whatever it is they own. If they take ownership of their own thoughts and actions as well as their effect on those around them they will have gained the essential perspective to own the physical manifestations of that mindset.

We do not just give them ownership because we know full well one must put themselves in position to nurture and value anything they take ownership of. Someone who pays their own way through school usually takes a more active interest in their education than those who have their education paid for by another. This is just one of an infinite number of examples we could offer to prove our point.

We already know this from our own experience in the farmers market ownership structure. Once the vendors had the title as owner, there was never a piece of trash left in their booth nor anywhere around them. They were developing and taking action on their own as well as other owners ideas to aid in the development of the market. The vendor owners chose themselves through the interest they showed and the actions the took to place themselves in position for ownership.

One is not an owner of anything just because they say they are. This is an empty statement. Those who say nothing at all but speak only through their actions have the loudest and most effective voice without a word ever being said.

INTIMACY

Being able to have true intimacy with themselves and other members of our collective provides the most endearing sort of foundation on which any organized effort can be made. If any individual does not take an active and genuine interest in their brothers and sisters they will undoubtedly never have those other members interests in mind.

Through intimate relationships with other we SEE that the principles of organized effort and mutual aid become second nature. Through intimacy with other members of a group or collective any individual will feel that safety and comfort come to the fundamental understanding that nurturing those relationships is far more precious than their previous state of loneliness. They will discover for themselves that self serving actions are but a cheap substitute, never to be longed for again.

This of course does not mean that every member will form loving and intimate relationships with every other member. That is what our guiding principles are for. So long as each member honors the guiding principles designed solely to achieve all members a safe and comfortable environment to create and serve then that is good enough. Many of our members will have to break down many walls to even allow themselves to trust again.

What we have discovered through our own experience is that through service and creative collaboration, intimate relations with others becomes a natural BI PRODUCT. As long as everyone upholds the guiding principles and actively engages their recovery the collective as a whole will prosper.

This sort of intimacy is not achievable in the traditional apartment setting commonly applied everywhere today. Living in a tribe of like minded individuals sharing intimate contact breeds intimacy and ultimately loving relationships. This dynamic is more effective in harmonious and productive society than all the laws and money now used to achieve the very same mean today.

Combined with pride of ownership and effective communication of ones viewpoint these sort of structures would soon stand as the gold standard for any individual wishing to live their life to the fullest extent to which the human condition will now allow.

ACCOUNTABILITY

This fifth and most essential guiding principles is the key that opens the door to the other four listed above. If one has not yet demonstrated their ability to be accountable to their thoughts and actions then they will have determined their own level of involvement and corresponding degree of ownership.

The keys to our kingdom are not bestowed to any and all only to be proven unworthy later down the line. Unlike those in our country who are arrested are said to be innocent until proven guilty. We are owners when we have demonstrated the ability to accept the responsibility.

We can lead when we have developed the elements of leadership essential to do so. We may not even possess these abilities nor the desire for their attainment but we will develop some sort of interest which will serve the community in their own unique way.

Basic membership requires basic demonstration of worthiness. Just as the homeless are not simply allowed to enter one of the Art Brut centers on their own desire to do so, the same principle applies here. All members are afforded the very same rights essential to their basic survival. Everything above and beyond is a privilege.

We as a collective hold each other accountable. All of our business activities have 100% transparency. After every farmers market we post a profit and loss transparency online so any and all can see, in exacting fashion, how how much we made, how much we spent and how much was put into both the vendor and customer funds.

After every ownership meeting we post a vendor counsel accountability report which lists the exact status of the weekly goals we set for ourselves. Each vendor owner has their own goals they are responsible for and they alone assume all accountability for the development of their tasks. The buck stops there. There is no blame nor shuffling of responsibility in our structure. What we have discovered is that our ownership counsel is self motivated to achieve their goals because they are doing it for themselves because they are the owners of the market. They are doing it for practically no profit at this point but still maintain a higher degree of accountability that others who earn much more but retain the title of EMPLOYEE working for someone else.

On a micro cosmic level this is exactly the process by which advancement is earned. Nobody can fake it. Nobody can dominate the process because they are working for the group not for the individual. The structure of our business platform takes all of the greed factors into account with distribution of the profits evenly displaced between all whom it affects.

COLLECTIVE OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE

The safe guard to ensure that greed never comes into play yet individual desire for profit is optimized is done so in the following manor:

In our market there are anywhere from 10 to as many as 50 different booths. Each booth sells its own product. Each booth is individually owned by someone or some group of people. The quality of their product the price of their goods and their distribution of their profits are all under their control. We provide the space I.e the market location.

Collectively we all split the financial responsibility of sustaining that location. We split the costs of all permits, insurance, taxes, advertising, entertainment and so forth. Each booth pays a fee to sell their goods an service at our market. Whatever net profits remain after paying their rent is theirs to do with as they please.

The fees that are collected are deposited into tow different accounts. The vendor counsel of owners has one account and the customers themselves have an account. Lets say that on any given day the market collects 1,000 dollars in fees. On that same day the total cost of producing that market including all fees for annual and monthly commitments was 300.00. An example of an annual or monthly fees would be the annual 400.00 health department fee for the year to come. That 400.00 fee divided by 52 markets over the course of a year would be about 8.00 dollars. 1,000 minus 300 dollars in total costs of operation would leave the market with a 700.00 net profit for that week. Of that amount 350.00 would go into the vendor ownership fund and 350 would go into the customer relief fund.

Over time these amounts would grow. At the end of one year each fund, both the vendor owner and customer relief account would each have just over 18,000 dollars in them. This money would be used to afford the vendors health insurance and retirement. The 18,000 customer fund would be distributed in grants that the customers could apply for on a short and long term basis.

We would empower our customers to be self sufficient through meeting long term needs that aid in their development. This automatically ensures customer loyalty. They know that by shopping at our market they are automatically helping themselves and their neighbors whom they themselves have nurtured intimate relationships which as well. Before you know it the whole neighborhood is shopping with us because we are helping them and they feel good about the fact that the purchase of their most basic needs can in turn serve another.

At this rate the Vendor ownership group would earn 18.000 dollars to afford them greater self sufficiency and finally, the profits in their individual booth has provided their livelihood over the course of the year. In fact our market will be their busiest market they vend at because the customers are so loyal through the principles of organized effort and mutual aid and the vendors have the enthusiasm of individual and collective ownership.
